Return Policy
Customers may return a product within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Returns are only acceptable if the product is not used, not opened and in original packaging condition.
Customised items are non-returnable.
We accept return requests for the following reasons:
1. Exchange your item for a different size or colour
2. Replacement for a wrong item ordered
Please note that you have to email us at OUCHIEXHAUST009@gmail.com before proceeding with any exchange or return. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
We will investigate your claim case, which will take 3-5 working days lead time, and if it is a product problem, we will bear the shipping costs for returning items.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund amount within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
If your return is not approved, our customer support will contact you to ship back the damaged goods. The customer will bear the shipping cost for this shipment.
