Shipping & Delivery
We ship free to every country we serve: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum order value, no weight limit and no destination surcharge. You will not be asked to select a shipping method at checkout — all orders ship free, and we choose the air freight or sea / economy freight service that best fits your order size, destination and production schedule. The service used is confirmed in your shipping notification email.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and custom exhaust systems require 5-10 business days for fabrication and quality inspection. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (GMT+8), excluding public holidays; orders placed on the weekend ship the next business day.
All exhaust systems are shipped in oversized, fully insured cartons with tracking. Any delay to your order will be discussed with you by email or WhatsApp. Full delivery estimates by destination are listed in our Shipping Policy.
Privacy & Security
All payment information and credit card details are controlled by our bank merchant gateway to ensure the safety of your information. Your personal information is not given to any 3rd party for any purposes other than fulfilling your order and complying with legal obligations. Our full policy is available in our Privacy Policy.
Returns & Replacements
All products sold by our store may be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order for a refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. No returns will be accepted on opened, installed or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein may result in delayed processing and/or refusal of return. Items that were shipped incorrectly, or have been damaged in transit, must be reviewed by a member of our customer support team before a return is arranged.
