Return Policy
Customers may return a product within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are only acceptable if the product is not used/opened and in original packaging condition.
Customised items are non-returnable.
we accepts Return Request for the following reasons:
1. Exchange your item for different size/colour
2. Replacement for a wrong item ordered

We will investigate your claim case, which will take 3-5 working days lead time and if it is product problem, we will bear shipping costs for returning items.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund amount within 3 days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies
If your return is not approved, Our Customer Support will contact you to ship back the damaged goods. Customer will bear the shipping cost for this shipment.
